About this project
We followed this new build from bare drywall to move-in. The interior is a farmhouse-style white throughout — walls, ceilings, doors, trim and the stair skirts — which means every surface is the same bright color and any flaw in the drywall shows. We primed first, marked and fixed what the primer revealed, then finished in two coats. The floors were installed before painting was done, so they were papered and taped through the finish work.
Scope of work
- New drywall primed and painted white throughout
- Doors, trim and stair skirts painted
- Kitchen, great room, stairs, upstairs hall, baths and lower level
- Finished floors papered and protected during finish work
