About this project
This new build is the kind of bright, open interior many west-metro homeowners are asking for: white walls and trim, a white shiplap fireplace flanked by built-ins, and black-framed windows throughout. The work was finish painting in new construction — walls, ceilings, the shiplap and built-ins, and the casings around every black window, where a clean line against the dark frame is what makes the room look finished. The primary bath, with its freestanding tub and black windows, got the same treatment. Floors were papered and protected while the finish coats went on.
Scope of work
- Walls, ceilings and trim painted white
- Shiplap fireplace surround and flanking built-ins
- Casings around black-framed windows
- Primary bath walls and trim
- Floors protected during finish work
