About this project
This Minnetonka refresh moved through the main level room by room. The bathroom got new wall color along with an enameled crown molding, door, baseboard, and window casing. In the connected living, kitchen, and hallway spaces, we brought fresh enamel to the front door casing, one side of the garage door and its trim, the porch sliding door, baseboard, and a living room window, plus a full repaint of the walls and light touch-ups to the kitchen cabinetry — the stair handrail was intentionally left alone at the homeowners’ request. A middle bedroom rounded things out with enameled window and door casing, baseboard, and closet trim, plus walls painted right into the closet for a finished, cohesive look.
